I worked there for like a week in a half. And yes they had me lying to people.one customer said you are calling from Texas I told them no we're in LA. I was thinking that was weird. The lunch room is a small room I call it the roach room because of all the roaches in it, nasty. So I quit, manager told me to come get my check then we I got there tell me to come back Thursday wtf. I threatened to call the police I picked up my check that day. Obviously, they are doing something illegal. Don't hire them

Terrible Terrible people. Illegal telemarketing practices, pushy salespeople, high pressure sales tactics. And that is the nicest things I can say about them.

Gold came to the house within 2 hours of a telemarketing call, very unusual! Gave a quote without measuring? I called references he showed me..No Answers..Upon reading the reviews posted on other sites I noted that the positive reviews all had terrible grammar and references of being treated like family over and over again. Very suspicious as the positive reviews seem to have been written by the same author.

My wife and I wanted to get our exterior paint & stucco re done so we called gold up and they got to our house the next day , estimate was good and went with them over time the stucco started cracking so we called them up Ben ( the rep who was taking care of our job) immediately sent guys out the next day to come out and take care of the problem and re do the whole area that started cracking. No hassle at all and took care of us quickly. Very happy with Golds customer service I would recommend to my friends for sure.

This company is a professional company who back up the work they do we had a disaster with kitchenguys Gold waltz in did the job they took care of every detail and saved my husband from G-D nos only knows what compared to what we were told by other companies it would cost so much just buy another home Ben was on time the whole company pitched in kat was a big help she never made us feel that we were a burden nice people in a world of not so nice I wanted to tip they asked we give $ to a children charities Thank you GOLD

As a reply to kathleen s. who is likely kathleen w. as well, I am not hiding behind a door. Gold Remodeling has my phone number and has been to my home more than once. I am extremely tired of telemarketers calling saying they talked to me last year when they did not. They use all sorts of phony names and then Gold Remodeling shows up. Your prices are ridiculously high by as much as 400%. This is usually followed by a call offering 50% off which means you are still 200% too high. excellent experience cant say enough good things about them I have a masters in economics my husband a english proffesor we are in our 70 very sharp not such a good speller but I know $ and quality and resent being called not so bright our house is beautifull we were treated with respect and offered many choices I recomend them to senior citizens who want the job to live them out A+ to the office staff as well who always treat us as family members these people are customer orientated as in the old days my hat off to a compan... read more
