I have been using the services of the owner of Gold Professional Cleaning for many years and find her to be an exceptional cleaner and a kind and sweet person to work with; she is always responsive and willing to accommodate specific requests. I no longer live in Worcester but recently asked her to come to the Boston area to help me with a deep cleaning and she and her co-worker did an outstanding job, as expected. Mara has cleaned our house for several years now. I don’t know how she makes my black granite shine like new, but she does. We have recommended her to three friends who are also very pleased with her work. We often have to leave the house for errands when she is here and she is so honest that this is not an issue.
