Evidently I see old reviews before the new owners took over I’ve known all of them for over 30 + years n they’ve always been so good to me their prices fir Firearms are the best also great prices n they entertain offers very politely n they did knock off some of the price too n if they don’t have it they check for you to find it for you
I can not believe these reviews . the ones I read on the computers ad . were full of the same complains as I experienced. employees have no idea how to work with the public consumers'. A simple task selling my extra I phone took 3 trips to the shop and 2 texts from Verizon. I finally sold it online to WM for $65 free shipping 2 day cash in hand .You see they would not buy it because I didn't have the charger when I told him the online buyers only deduct it from the price. he said they destroy the phones not sell them.. The owner to B and Be pawn is the most Friendly, trust worthy and very nice and has the biggest heart he helped me with my 11yr. Old neice's funeral who got hit by a drunk driver. He helped my family out so much and there is no words for it for how grateful we are. I had someone tell me about him and his store and how he is the best in all of mesa and so I went in today and it was the best decision I made. THANK YOU SO MUCH ALFONSO and all of B and B staff for being so nice and helpful
