This place is a joke!!! You trust that people are going to be honest about what they are selling you. I purchased two diamond crosses. On e was real diamonds the other was a look a like. The gold hoops were supposed to be 14K. They were 10k. I the 14k white gold was a dipped silver chain. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE AGAIN. I WAS OBVIOUSLY OVER CHARGED AND I AM NOT STOPPING HERE. BBB here I come

Wish had read the reviews first not from around here first thing lady was very very pushy then she said one price we agreed on then after the piercing she changed it and told me know she didn’t say that but all 5 people with me and another lady looking at jewelry heard her say way different price.

Bought necklace back in the day, couldn't be a man enough to tell me it was a Gold plated Silver necklace, and wouldn't accept a return (it was the same salesman within the same hour as I had my doubts after the sale and asked one of the actual jewelers there in the mall what he just sold me and only then I was informed it was silver. The old man is a scammer who deserves whatever comes his way, he even told me "I wouldn't scam you I'm a priest" and pulled out a bible. I am somewhat indecisive. So I will think about my purchases a bit. The clerk will start high on the price and work their way down to something more reasonable. I did buy a few charms from here that I am happy with. This is a family business.

The old man who owns the shop sold me a 14kt piece as 18kt (the bail was too small for me to read) and has refused to make the situation right via store credit. I used to frequent this business but I would NEVER recommend anyone shop here as the man is a thief and a crook looking to make as much money and mislead as many people as possible.
