I placed an order for a custom name necklace on December 27th and was told it would be ready within one week. I had a very disappointing experience with this business. A woman working there sold us a jewelry set that was represented as pure gold. While packaging the items, she briefly showed the jewelry and then placed it into the box herself. Later, we realized that one of the earrings was missing, and the bracelet that was paid for as pure gold changed to an unpleasant color, clearly indicating it was not pure gold. This is about the WONDERFUL saleswoman Maria. I’m borderline obsessive when I’m about to spend money on expensive jewelry. I ask a million questions and it takes me a long time to decide on the perfect piece. Every other store iv been to, the salespeople just are not patient and truly don’t care. This place is a joke!!! You trust that people are going to be honest about what they are selling you. I purchased two diamond crosses. On e was real diamonds the other was a look a like. The gold hoops were supposed to be 14K. They were 10k. I the 14k white gold was a dipped silver chain. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE AGAIN. I WAS OBVIOUSLY OVER CHARGED AND I AM NOT STOPPING HERE. BBB here I come

Wish had read the reviews first not from around here first thing lady was very very pushy then she said one price we agreed on then after the piercing she changed it and told me know she didn’t say that but all 5 people with me and another lady looking at jewelry heard her say way different price.
