Cindy did my nails and I absolutely love them. She asked if I wanted a design and since it was an option, I said why not. I showed her a picture, and she recreated it perfectly. Anything that wasn’t shaped exactly how I wanted, she fixed until I was fully happy, which I was. I come here often and will definitely keep coming back. For the past five years, Lee has been my go-to nail tech, and for good reason: his work is fabulous. I visit the salon every 10–14 days for a fill-in (only because I’m super particular about keeping my nails fresh — not because of the quality). Lee takes his time and nails it every single visit. I’m a huge fan of nail art and designs, so I always bring photos, and Lee executes them flawlessly. Paid $45 for this pedicure at Gold Nails to support my neighbor’s business… and this is the result 😞 I even showed them the work nothing was said. As a business owner myself, I always try to support those around me, but this experience was a real letdown. Customer service and quality matter. Uneven polish, sloppy edges, and rushed work
