Worst experience ever at a nail salon. Terrible job done. Nails were uneven and not even cleaned.

I recently got a Gel pedicure and the nail tech was super rough cut my skin with the cuticle cutter and then removed my calluses DRY. Then she began to do my polish BEFORE putting my feet in the water. Yes you heard that right. I was so confused. Oh it gets worse… my feet was in the water for probably 3 seconds until she decided to put my feet in a callus remover. AND THEN DIDNT REMOVE THE CALLUSES … she put my shoes back on afterwards. I’ve never had such a backwards pedicure in my life. I just had to laugh.

Worst nail salon ever. First of all they talk about the customers non stop in front of our faces in their language. It’s just so obvious. They completely ruined my nails. I have very strong nails. Never an issue. They talked me into doing the powder gel. I was doing a gel manicure for years elsewhere. She said it lasts longer etc. but the truth is, it’s more expensive so that’s why she was selling it to me. My nails immediately got soft and started splitting.
