Gold'n'Doors have surpassed my expectations as a solid company to do business with. Their staff are friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the staff member who answered the phone when I called in Dec to request a service call. It had been a year since I had last spoken to this member and I was astounded that they recognized me as a previous customer. WOW! Probably the worst experience I have had with another business. The owner was extremely rude over the phone with me over some clarifications on their estimates and why my overhead door was not installed fully. I would not recommend this company
