I walked in just to get a size reference of chain. Although they didn't have solid gold chains in 14k (only hollow and semi-hollow). They still showed excellent customer service.
If I could put 0 stars I would , customers service is straight garbage don't even waste your time.
Sold me the CHEAPEST THINNEST CHAIN THEY COULD AT THE HIGHEST PRICE THEY COULD IT BROKE WITHIN 24hrs they wouldn’t give me my money back they are undercover racists and look to scam all black people I would NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN AND I WILL MAKE SURE NONE OF MY FRIENDS OR FAMILY WILL EVER SHOP HERE!!
