We purchased earrings from this company A few months and they started to turn black in the case. I talked to them to exchange they said no problem. They did not want to give me a refund. They wanted to pay me scrap gold value for the items. No gold will turn black. Their products are defective and they don't stand behind it. Be careful before you purchase from them. They're selling the worst quality in the market
