Horrible Customer Service! Last week I made my second trip to the store to get a ring and bracelet fixed that I had purchased in June. The sales woman was not very friendly upon my arrival, and did not think that my merchandise could be fixed within that same week ( I was traveling from NY). I left my merchandise, and called 4 days later. The sales woman was very very nasty over the phone. Told me that my merchandise was fixed and that there will be a $30 charge! I told her that I will not pay $30 for merchandise I purchased... read more
Great place for affordable gifts! This place has a little bit of everything - jewelry, handbags, knickknacks. Perfect place to shop for AZ themed items. They even pay cash for your jewelry, gold, silver, platinum and diamonds. Surely worth checking out!
Gold Mountain Mining Co. is the BEST!!!! I have been shopping at this store for years. I take all my out-of-town visitors there and everyone goes crazy over all the jewelry and other items at great prices.....don't look for southwestern items anywhere else. Their prices and the quality are the best!!!!!!!!!!
