So far place has not disappointed. We’ve purchased a beautiful Cuban link bracelet and earrings. Also have taken precious antique gold items here and all repairs have exceeded my expectations. Especially my recent nugget bracelet that’s really old. Clasp was replaced and it was cleaned to perfection.
Very poor customer service by the Indian lady in the store. Don't know how to talk to customers, quoted $40 to change a watch battery and clean the inner face. Was adamant that the Fossil store does not replace batteries in-store, said Fossil sends watches out to replace batteries with a 3-week lead time. She claimed they are the ONLY store that does battery replacement in the outlets. I went to the Fossil store got the battery changed and face cleaned for $25. Great service, felt like I was buying from family !!
On October 2025 I purchased a gold pendant and paid for cleaning of jewelry. The pendant was not some inexpensive gold charm. Long story short the pendant broke into pieces in less than 6 months. Was informed that based on their policy they could not assist. My girlfriend loved that piece however I will NEVER purchase or hire these guys for any service or purchases. So do yourselves a favor take your business somewhere else that will stand behind their product. Totally disappointed and angry I am out my hard earned money.
