Came in for a link removal and they made sure to finish before closing time for a low cost and also made sure the watch fit right before payment. They also made sure to help everybody in the store while multitasking difficult negotiations with another family.
I needed a battery for my watch. As soon as I enter the store I was greeted with a smile. The lady that took care of me was so pleasant and had such a great sense of humor. I was not there to purchase jewelry but when I am really to buy I will definitely pay them a visit.
IF CONSIDERING FOR A WATCH REPAIR. Search through the reviews for watch repair specifically. They’re all negative. I wish I had checked those reviews first. “The watch will be ready on Wednesday” *we call Wednesday* “oh it should be ready by tomorrow at the latest”… we received no communication. We call Friday: “oh your part isn’t even here yet so it’ll be ready on Monday” “so why did you tell me Thursday if you didn’t even have the part?” “Oh I just guessed because the watch repairman wasn’t here”… really bad customer servi... read more
