On October 2025 I purchased a gold pendant and paid for cleaning of jewelry. The pendant was not some inexpensive gold charm. Long story short the pendant broke into pieces in less than 6 months. Was informed that based on their policy they could not assist. My girlfriend loved that piece however I will NEVER purchase or hire these guys for any service or purchases. So do yourselves a favor take your business somewhere else that will stand behind their product. Totally disappointed and angry I am out my hard earned money.
They helped adjust the watch in a couple of minutes—I recommend them to everyone.

Came in for a link removal and they made sure to finish before closing time for a low cost and also made sure the watch fit right before payment. They also made sure to help everybody in the store while multitasking difficult negotiations with another family.
I needed a battery for my watch. As soon as I enter the store I was greeted with a smile. The lady that took care of me was so pleasant and had such a great sense of humor. I was not there to purchase jewelry but when I am really to buy I will definitely pay them a visit.
