Stop what you are doing and go to Gold Mine for a cupcake. The BEST cupcakes I have ever had! If they have coconut cupcakes, make sure you try that one. �
Delicious cupcakes and very nice people! The cupcakes we ordered were all crowd-pleasers. We also tried one gluten free flavor (diamond white) and it was excellent! :)
We ordered our wedding cupcakes and cake from Gold Mine Cupcakes. Our tasting was fun and it was so hard to choose which flavors we wanted because they are all so good! We just had our first anniversary and our cake STILL tasted amazing after being frozen for a year. Any time we are back in Colorado and have spare time, I love to stop in and see Sara and her family and of course grab some cuppies!
Goldmine cupcakes are the best cupcakes around, all the flavors are so delicious! And the owner Sara is the sweetest person. Definitely a place to check out!
