I gave them one star, not based on their work, but because of their service. Truth is, I never had any work done because I couldn't finish the 30 second conversation I had with whoever answers their phones. She answered the phone "hello" as though I called her cell phone. This prompted me to ask if I had called Gold Meyer, to which she responded, "who is this?" as though she expected to know me.
