I have nothing but good things to say about Gold Medal. They make sure your system works even if it takes a couple of tries. No charging extra to comeback. You pay for what’s wrong not a bunch of up charges. It took a little over a week because they had to order parts but was fixed properly no patchwork. They are professional clean and polite. I highly recommend them.
After being out of my home for 7 years to care for my Mother as she was given a 2 year life expectancy. She hung in for 7 years. Upon moving back home, I quickly discovered my A/C unit outside and the inside unit with the air return and electric heat were just trashed. They put a big beautiful system outside and inside. Since having these units 3 years now I just had my first breakdown, but they came to fix it as fast as they could. It was covered under warranty.
