I would NEVER recommend Gold Medal to anyone to let them manage or to have someone rent from them. They managed our house for 3 years or lack there of. All that they did was take our money. WE did EVERYTHING! Had to contact them for everything that we found wrong within our house. They never contacted us. Thank goodness for the 6 month walk throughs which even then they didn't find these things wrong. DONT NOT RENT FROM THIS PROPERTY!!! If I can give them NO STARS I would . This place will rob you of ever dime you have. They take forever to HALF FIX stuff. Horrible communication and no customer service. I have NEVER in my life rented from a property so horrible in my life.
