I think the solicitors are too busy to provide good service. Many of the enquirIes were managed by very nice reception people, who answered like they were poorly prepared AI. We’ve been through this before. When we cross checked their responses they were inconsistent with common practices. Mum did the Will with a competent person - 5 stars. We tried to stay with the firm with a very simple probate situation, After several inconsistent conversations, we couldn’t even get started. 0 stars.
I approached Kade and his office for legal help when I was facing criminal charges based on false allegations. From the start, Kade told me I had no chance and should plead guilty, even though my side of the story had barely been looked at. No proper evidence review, no pushback, just pressure to fold.
