Got my engagement ring resized in 24 hours on a holiday weekend, They took one look at the pout on my face when he said 5 days and pushed it through in time to show off to my family. The craftsmanship is excellent, the setting was replaced seamlessly for an heirloom diamond, it's a family establishment that clearly knows it's trade. Professional environment, quality work, and good people I feel good giving my business to. Will definitely be back!
So very glad to have a local jeweler in my area. I have had repairs done in the past and have been very pleased. Yesterday I brought in an inexpensive watch that I had bought elsewhere on a whim that did not work, despite having a new battery put in by the store where I purchased it. The jeweler at Gold Lady offered to look at it, and discovered the battery was bad, so they replaced it -- for NO charge! Wow. I am more than pleased.
I used to get all of my beautiful Jewelry from Gold Lady. Then I had a issue which I should have discussed with Charlie. I didn't and for many years we just didn't shop there. Then through a friend Charlie asked why he had not seen us. He spoke to my husband who explained the issue to him. I went in to see Charlie and he corrected the problem. I should have discussed it with him immediately. I'm happy now that I can get all of my gifts from Gold Lady again as they have the best selection in town!
I recently went in to Gold Lady Jewelers to purchase a gift for my niece's baptism. The selection was fabulous, and I ended up purchasing a beautiful gold locket. They were so friendly and helpful and it was such a great experience that I am going to refer everyone I know to their store! I am still smiling at what a positive experience this was!!!
I recently had 3 pieces of jewelry repaired. My wife's engagement ring had to have it's 6 "points" or settings that hold the diamond rebuilt due to them being worn down, my wedding band had to be resized (2 sizes bigger), and my gold chain repaired. The staff was wonderful. I was given a price estimate for the repairs and told how long it would take. Gold Lady was recommended to me for resizing by another jeweler who could not do the work. The owner, Charlie, was professional, knowledgeable and explained how they would do the work. The resize was perfect, as was the workmanship. I was able to pick the ring up the following day. I am definitely going back should I need another repair or a gift, or a little something for me! The Gold Lady is a beautiful store in an old bank building.
I had a great experience at Gold Lady. I had a ring my grandmother gave me re-sized (got it back the next day!) and my husband bought me a beautiful diamond ring there that I love! They appraised the jewelry I bought from them for free! The staff was friendly and they have a lot of beautiful unique items to choose from. Thanks Gold Lady!
Not only did Charlie have my engagement ring sized in one day, he was the nicest, sweetest man! His work is SEAMLESS. My ring fits perfectly, and looks like it was never touched! I highly recommend you bring all jewelry repairs to Gold Lady.
