We inherited a roof leak when we bought our home four years ago. Water was working its way into our living room from under the roof tiles/flashing around a chimney, though the exact point of entry was difficult to pinpoint. The problem was particularly troublesome whenever we had heavy downpours. Over the course of three years, we'd had two other companies attempt to fix the problem.
