Ida and her son Casey are amazing! Gold Key helped me and my wife get a house when we PCS’d to Ellsworth and also when we sold. Ida is absolutely fantastic! We’re a military family and needed to report to our next duty station fairly quick. Ida made selling our first home such a great experience. Ida is the absolute best! We had to do a quick move and needed to sell our house as fast as possible. It was the first time we had sold a house before and Ida explained everything perfectly! She was always available to answer any questions and is just a great person to work with! She calmed my nerves when things didn't always go exactly to plan. If we ever needed a realtor in the Black Hills area again we would definitely go with Gold Key Realty!
We were able to effortlessly purchase our home while still loving in Japan. Ida did a fantastic job coordinating everything and having everything ready for us upon closing. She even took time out of her life to constantly check in on our house after closing before we were able able occupy the house. She treated us like family.
