I would NOT do business with this company. They don't stand behind their inspections. I sued them in ***** County ******* Courts and the court found they were negligent. The down side to that is, they are only liable to reimburse for the actual cost of your inspection per the contract they have you sign. When they are negligent they don't stand behind their work.
