Por favor alguien save como comunicarse con esta compañía estafadora me cobraron una deuda hace mas de un año y no me la quieren quitar del reporte de credido. Esta compañia nesecita ser demandada ellos no tienen derecho a cobrar nada todo lo que hacen es totalmente ilegal solo quieren informacion personal

I had a problem because they made a report on my credit when the account is of a homonymous person, the staff that works there especially a lady called Donna Ross is very badly educated very bad customer service, she does not let you explain the problem and much less looking for a solution I have months trying to request ti resolve this matter and on the contrary they throw the phone to the clients and they say they do not want to talk to you, I am the victim and apparently they do not care.

extremely rude and unprofessional. Basically a scam, you are under no legal obligation to confirm or provide any details to these guys. They will threaten you but, make sure to record the phone call (check your state laws, it is not even necessary for both parties to be aware of your recording in all states) and persist with one of their moronic operators until they can give you information.
