HORRIBLE customer service by two employees Evan and Katie when called to speak about payment issues. Got hung up on multiple times, called “little girl” and even got told by Katie to come up to the store and say everything to her rather over the phone. Asked to speak to a supervisor multiple times and was put on hold then hung up on, had to keep calling back and asking for a supervisor, then said a supervisor was not in office, asked for a direct line, gave me THEIR STORE NUMBER, then said the supervisor was on vacation.
