Has always been fair and quick to resolve any issues. I have had multi inserts custom made and these are the most comfortable. The turn around time was quick and the bonus was they fit the first time.

Gold got angry. He raised his voice at me while we were in a patient room. He asked me to leave the patient room, so I went to the checkout area to ask for the medical codes used to bill for my procedure. He came over there and raised his voice again. He continued to raise voice and eventually yelled at me right in front of his two staff. His two staff heard...they were right there. Seen this Dr in 2007 for injections in my foot, went back in 2016 for a five minute office visit to be told to buy expensive tennis shoes or wear crocks. Wow, totally worth a $50.00 copay, lol. Since this experience I have a new foot Dr whom I am completely satisfied with. Thumbs down
