I had my Mom’s ring reset. The staff was very helpful in picking the right setting. The ring looks beautiful. I’ll get a lot of wear with it now.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I went into this establishment on Wednesday, June 25th and initially was greeted by no one. I didn’t take this to heart as it seemed to be pretty busy during the time that I had arrived. (around 12-1pm) Eventually I was noticed by someone who gestured me to sign in and wait my turn to be called. I waited roughly 5 minutes (not bad) , before they called my name to assist me.
