I had a piece of diamond jewelry I wanted to have looked at. I called ahead and she said come in and she can look. Drove an hour to get there. When I arrived, the store had no customers, but I was still made to wait for a comercial on her TV before she noticed me. When she finally came to help me, she wouldn't even touch the bracelet. I asked if they were diamonds. She said yes. I asked if they might be cubic zirconium. She said maybe. She wouldn't even look at it with her 10x magnification loup.
