Dr Kelly is so very nice and really takes time with his patients. The odd office hours are inconvenient and the response time for answering calls is not the great. He is a deeply caring man.
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Kelly. From the moment I walked into the office, the staff was welcoming and professional. Dr. Kelly took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explained my treatment options in a way that was easy to understand. I have been calling for over two weeks and no one will answer the phone so that I may get the medical forms that I need for my job. Would be nice to have an office that cares about their patients enough to answer the phone or emails. Very disappointed.
My Dad has been a patient with Dr. Kelly since he first began in Rockwell on 52 then to Gold Hill on Johnson Dairy Road. Up until this last year Dr Kelly has been great! But as of today I personally hope him and his grumpy assistant close down!!!! He has let my father go months not knowing his hgb a1c was a 10 and never returning calls or giving lab results I could go on and on about how he has treated my dad I’m so disappointed in the lack of medical treatment my poor 70 year old father has gotten from someone he trusted so... read more
