If you get here and Dr. Cramp is on call, you might as well go to a different ER. She will do what she wants to do, not what you NEED. All the other providers i come across are great except her.

This is the second time we've had to seek emergency care. The previous time, we went to the Emergency Room at a different location. We had to wait a long time just to be examined by a doctor. Here, we had our blood work done and then an ultrasound within 10 minutes. The entire staff was polite and helpful. I'd especially like to thank nurse Irina. She was very professional and kind. The initial female ER Doctor who came to see my son was very nice, as was the male radiology technician. However, the longer we were there, the worse the care of the staff was, it would have been so nice to be kept informed of test results, X-rays etc but we were left alone for hours and had to keep asking what was going on. They seemed short staffed and very short on patience unfortunately.
