DO NOT make appointments here, they canceled my appointment with no notice and have ex-employees giving wrong information to customers. They are no longer operating in Peabody and cannot give clear directions on the new location.
You should either speak Portuguese or have a Google Translator handy. I made an appointment with an English-speaking lady over the phone, but she was not present but the hair stylist alone at the salon. The hair stylist seemed nice. I got my hair shampooed, cut, and blow-dried for $45, plus a tip. I showed a picture of the haircut I wanted. When I asked for a little more to be cut, she did it without partitioning the hair.
