Despite the good reviews, we had a semi-negative experience. Couple was nice and very friendly, although three issues occurred on our engagement ring re-sizing: 1) The ring was scratched quite deeply on one side. Also was over the stamp (14k). 2) They tried to keep the gold that was removed from the resizing (ended up being .5 grams, which is equal to around $45-50 USD for 14k at spot price). When asked, they handed it over, but then the woman only placed one piece into the bag and not the other, trying to see if I wouldn’t ... read more

I went here to get a repair as the hinge on my necklace has been broken for a while. I was expected to wait 2-3 weeks to get the repair done but it was quick and easy and i was able to get it done right on the spot and got it back within minutes and for a great price.! Definitely would recommend this place 10/10. Thank you :)
