The owners are so friendly and welcoming, and they had my rings resized and sparkling the same day. They also honoured a great price and refused to upsell me on something I did not need. Very fair people! I am glad to have found them and will definitely be back for all my jewelry needs.
Had my wedding ring resized. Took him only 1 day and repaired it flawlessly! And at a very reasonable price!!
Went in to get my grandmother's necklace repaired for a broken clasp not even 5 minutes later I'm out the door with a new clasp even helped me out it on
Have come here for many years to get my jewelry fixed.. just popped in today and the wonderful man fixed it on the spot.. a gift from my dad, it meant so much that he could even fix it.., and reasonable .. highly recommend them.. very pleasant and so helpful
Fantastic customer service! I went in to get 2 links taken out of my grandmother's bracelet, for my mother's wedding. They were able to fix it extremely quickly and they wouldnt accept payment. He just wanted to help out. They've been in business for 35 years, and it's acts like this that shows why they are still around. Again, fantastic customer service. I will be going back for future repairs or to buy something next time. Great job Ron and Mavis!
