I recently left my Tag Heuer watch at Gold Fever to be refurbished. I was quoted an estimated price between $150 and $175. When I was informed that the watch was ready to be picked up, I was told that the amount due was now closer to $300. This was supposedly a result of extra parts being needed. Somehow the owner was able to find a way to drop the price down to $223 which I still did not want to pay since I was quoted almost $50 less.
