Charlie served us with and friendly face and the perfect set of grills. They were supposed to come later but ended up coming way sooner plus they fit perfect. THANK YOUUU!

I asked them to create a custom pendant for my gold chain, and they did an amazing job. They embedded a bike design onto a disk, and the detail came out perfect, better than I imagined. I highly recommend Gold Factory for any type of jewelry, including custom pieces. I’ll definitely be coming back!
I bought one of their bracelets I was wearing it. It keeps coming off and then a broke. I am not going there anymore. I wasted 84$
