Been waiting since Jan for my grandson's replacement frames. It was suppose to be ordered around Jan 9th, I called 2 weeks later & was told they were on the way & would receive a call each time no call ever came. Today is February 26th came in to check if the frames arrived, only to be told they were going to order the complete replacement and they should arrive in about 2 weeks we will see. The staff are respectful but this is my last time coming here. Was trying to see if this was a good location close to home my grandson ... read more
