Pushy salespeople, poor quality products, and a total scam. Avoid this place at any level! This establishment needs to be closed due to lack of integrity, unethical business practices, and lack of customer service. I just wonder how a well known mall such as MOA would allow such a store to operate.
The products I bought here have made a huge difference in the healing of my face. I am very happy with the quality of their products and customer service. They went hand and hand. I was also offered a complimentary facial, which I gladly accepted. I found the facial to be comforting and completely safe for my skin type. Awesome experience at Gold Elements Spa!
Wonderful store, amazing people! I have purchased there some products and received a complimentary facial. And i was amazed by the results! It's so impressive! The facial was great. My skin looks so much better now. I highly recommend this store not only for women but also for men because they have products for everybody
Me & my girlfriend come here sometimes for our monthly facials instead of going to the big Mall Of America. Very relaxing experience & our faces always feel & look great afterwards. They are always so friendly & gave us free samples of their new products line that coming out soon. We can not wait to try it (:
