I went here summer or 2016 and bought a black hills gold necklace and it turned into my most favorite necklace! I unfortunately I lost it :( I messaged the fb page in panick ! I was able to call on a Sunday and re order it and they priority mailed me a new one ! They had amazing customer service the whole time ! My favorite necklace is back ❤️ highly recommend!
Ray was extremely helpful in replacing a Black Hills gold earring that I lost while hiking. They had them in stock and he mailed it to me the day after I called them. Thank you Gold Diggers!!
My husband lost his wedding band about a year ago and we didn’t think we’d ever be able to replace it. Jody from Gold Diggers went above and beyond to help us find the right one. We didn’t have a picture of the ring, but I tried describing it to her and she sent me some pictures of which one it might be. She nailed it! We received the ring today and it was the same one! My wife attempted to go in and purchase some jewelry. she really wanted some Black Hills Gold jewelry. Upon entering the store she was ignored there were two customers in the store and one was browsing and the other was being helped by both sales associates. Feeling rejected she came back out of the store to get me and I walked in with my 3 children and my wife and we're still ignored.
