After writing the review, the owner of the store tried calling me multiple times from different numbers as you can see in the picture. Didn’t know who it was, and I answered and he starts harassing me about writing A review. Very unprofessional and it is impossible that you say the gold was not real because it is 100% real as a fact also have certificate of authenticity so please watch out for this place and his other stores three in total. Took in gold, and THE OWNER was trying to scam so bad and tell me my the gold wasn’t real. When he was testing it, it was showing real, but he didn’t know that WE KNOW what the test does when it’s real and when it’s not. So he was trying to use the liquid bottle to wipe the gold off and tried saying it wasn’t real, and said “but I’ll still buy it” etc. like we’re stupid enough to fall for that! Owner is a scammer! The jeweler here is truly outstanding, and the quality of work is extremely clean and precise. Any chain or watch that is broken or damaged gets repaired quickly, usually within 1 to 2 hours. They provide some of the best service when it comes to jewelry and watch repairs. Their customer service is also excellent—very professional and friendly.
