Horrible service. Horrible quality of jewelry. My husband bought a $350 ring for Valentine's Day, 2 days later 3 stones came off. Went back today to try and see if I can either exchange or fix and rudely said that it would take 2+ weeks to fix plus I have to pay $50 extra. It wasn't even worn for more then 2 days plus they want me to pay? Rude people. Said nothing can be done. Will never go again and I wouldn't recommend. Wouldn't come here. Silver yellows and tarnishes. Claimed to be Italy 925 when it wasn't. Over priced and horrible quality. Bought necklace with pendant and "diamonds" came off within two weeks of use
