Bryan, the owner, is always wonderful and incredibly helpful. He provides jewelry repairs and maintains a stunning collection in his cases. I highly recommend Gold and Diamonds Inc. for anyone looking for quality service and beautiful jewelry.
Not personable and is afraid of being upfront with customers about percentages and amounts. Lacked the transparency-- when directly asked what percentage he pays, to just say "I pay 75% of spot" and instead went on a long winded thing about how gold could go down or whatever. I know how gold shops work, clearly you're not paying spot buddy, but if you're too afraid to say what you are paying, that's probably an indicator you're paying below market average. Honest, professional, and good-souled people are sometimes hard to come by. Not here. We’ve been treated wonderfully every time we’ve walked through the doors. Always a great experience.
Small independent jewler with over 30 years in the biz. Very nice and helpful owner. Excellent resource for wedding rings ( you won't get a better deal at any fancy mall stores with huge overhead and inflated prices ).
