Terrible customer service. My husband bought me a white gold anklet for my birthday, it did not fit. We went in on Saturday to exchange it. They took a yellow gold necklace to send to the jeweler to cut down to 11 inches. They told us it would be ready on Sunday when they opened at noon. We went back and it was not white gold.
