we drove 15 miles from Kenosha on the 21st of the month to get my wife's watch that has been in the shop for 4 months for repair only to find that no progress has been made, we are still waiting! gm
BUYER BEWARE: This company owes a vendor hundreds of dollars, and they refuse to pay it. The vendor provided goods and services that have not been paid for, and the owner refuses to address the matter, even when she has been provided with the documentation that supports the balance. I would not do any business with this company, and if you choose to do so, I would suggest obtaining payment up front, or you'll never see a single dollar. You've been warned.
Stopped in here Saturday for the beer and soup walk and met the owners. They’re the nicest people ever. Super friendly to us and welcoming. If I ever need something jewelry related I’ll definitely be going there.
audry has been mum about my wife's watch in for repairs. I have asked for a call back and am still waiting!! better service is needed!!
