I called first to inquire, spoke with Michael who was friendly and took the time to answer all my questions. When I mentioned I was looking at the Santa Monica location, he texted David to introduce me, and David responded right away. Within 90 minutes of that initial call, including a 20 minute drive, I walked out with a check. David was also very friendly, and we had a nice chat while he tested my gold to determine its purity. Great experience and a fair price for my jewelry.
