From the moment I walked in until the time I left, I was treated exceptionally well! Upon arrival, Max greeted me and made sure my needs we met! He did an excellent job buffing and polishing the scratches I had on my 14k rope. While waiting for my chain to be cleaned, Brandon greeted me and showed me some beautiful pieces they had. Mr. Lantz was absolute perfection. Very knowledgeable, quite personable, acutely aware of exploring my taste and style upon our first meeting. My husband and I moved to Charleston over three years ago, leaving our beloved jeweler in Charlotte. We have been in the market for a new, custom jeweler ever since. I think we may have found it in Jeffrey and CHA Gold & Diamonds.
