stopped by on a Friday to inquire about getting my ring polished and a stone replaced. They were able to get it done quickly over the weekend, had it ready by Sunday, and the ring was beautiful!! Absolutely amazing experience - definitely will come back for any future jewelry needs
Does not deserve one star!! Spent around $2500. My daughter and I bought 2 watches, one white gold and Austrian crystal heart necklace. The heart pendant is tarnished like cheap nickel plated garbage. When we went to talk about it, she denied selling it to us out right!!! Both my daughter and I stood there amazed at the rudeness and she outright lied to us. I was shocked. Also my rose gold watches h is losing its finish. For 300 I'm so disappointed!! They SUCK buyer beware!! Go to Exclusive Jewelers
