I've had the pleasure of knowing Lisa we did a few shows together with out a doubt the most fun I've ever had at any show. She's honest caring and trustworthy and expect that in return You can't go wrong with this shop. I myself haven't been able to get around and I haven't been there in a few years. Shame on me. These ladies provide exceptional customer service! My family heirloom wedding ring was in need of some TLC, and I couldn't have found a better place to take it than Gold Definitions. All the work is done in store (no shipping off to a third party) by women who have 15+ years experience. When I picked up my ring, it looked brand new. Ask for Amy-- she's professional, knowledgeable, and straightforward. I will be coming back for any future jewelery care.

After 20 years of not being able to afford the repairs needed so I could wear my wedding ring. You can't imagine my excitement when I walked into a local jewler for a quote. We ended up going to many places, all asking more than what the ring is worth. Reluctantly we went to Gold Definitions. Not only did they do the estimate on the spot, they were so welcoming it felt more as if we were visiting good friends, and they quoted hundreds less than their competition.
