My wife and I put in an application for a rental property with this company, paid $80. They contacted us, our employers, our current landlord of over 5 years, and ran our credit, backgrounds, etc, and were able to verify everything in terms of their requirements to rent the home. They scheduled us last week to view the home today at 4:30pm and said if we liked the home we could proceed with renting it. Submitted an application, called to follow up on it and the girl immediately was rude to me. The manager took over the call to say I was the one being rude (even if he didn't hear the full call), they cancelled my application based on the interaction and did not help me figure out the issue. Worst service I've ever gotten in my life, and having experience with customer service I know when a person is being hostile and for sure it's not the only time they've been rude.
This is the worst leasing office. They are cheating, manipulating, and taking the advantage of the current market that no much houses are available for lease.
We have been trying to find a rental, and as it is, it's very difficult. Today I got a call from my wife saying Gold Crown Reality stated they will not help us because the other person applying with my wife(in other words,myself) committed something illegal. As soon as I could, I went to speak with them and first thing he said was "call the police" to the girl working.
