We were in contract on a home and were led to believe a pest inspection had already been done, which was not accurate. We had to rush to get it completed, and Gold Country Termite rearranged their schedule to accommodate us. They were easy to work with, communicative, pricing was reasonable, and they did a full inspection of the property, including the crawlspace. All of the negative reviews gave me pause, but most of them are very old, and we had a good experience. We recommend them.
Look elsewhere, these folks are only interested in finding reasons to drag things out and increase fees. Have nothing positive to share about the experience other than the fact that they made it easy to pay them (shocker).

Used them to get get a quote. They added extra charges and made up charges. They lost the original report. The worst company ever. The woman front desk is extremely rude. How can you be in business for 10 years and have a 1 star rating. I will report you to the pest buerrae to get your liscence reviked
I would absolutely Not recommend Gold Country Termite to anyone!! They were one of three pest control companies that came out for an inspection while I was in escrow to buy my home. The large, old, and tall wrap-around deck was the biggest repair liability with this new house, due to dry rot. One pest inspection company said 50k to replace it, another said 15k, and we had time for one more inspection.
