We bought a toy hauler in October. Several things that were said to be working properly at the time of sale did not. We tried communicating with them and no one has returned our calls. Their customer service is horrible.
RecommendedI called today and Curtis was so cordial and helpful with me on the phone... I really appreciated it. I called a few other places to get some help and was asking reps to go above and beyond and they did not want to and Curtis did. You earned a customer today...thank you.
