Terrible business man. Highly do not suggest. Stuck up high class acting white privileged vulgar man with no respect towards children or woman. Worst landlord you could possibly ask for. Do not do services with him.
David went above and beyond to help us buy a property in Boulder County . It was a non standard purchase and David followed it through to the end and handled every detail allowing us to buy what has become for us a place we treasure. We absolutely could not have done it without him.
David Mans was a godsend! He guided us through the many potential issues involved with purchasing a home in the mountains (we had no idea). David is fully aware of, and able to make recommendations and offer guidance on insurance, utilities and vendors (chimney sweeps, garbage disposal, etc, etc, etc).
