Been waiting almost 5 hrs for a room. Was told cant check in till 3....now been waiting another hr still no room. No apology....no discounts!!!
Lamp by bed didn't work and no heat. We payed $150.00 for room at least everything could work.
This was our first year to sturgis and our first stay at the gold country inn. It was a great experience. The front desk people were very helpful and there was plenty of parking for our motorcycles. Everyone staying at the gold country and was great and we had a great time. Probably the best part was the breakfasts at the gold country in. They were great and people came from communities all-around have breakfast there.
I love staying at the Gold Country Inn! The only place I stay in Deadwood.
I have lived in deadwood for a couple of years now and this little place has the BEST breakfast! I also love how it's kind of a local secret so it's never really "too busy." Nice and friendly and u get great breakfast FAST. :)
Great place! Can't wait to see the newly remodeled rooms, when we stay once again during Kool Deadwood Nites!
