RecommendedVery professional service. I had the wrong tip on my aid, and it came off in my ear, stuck too far up for me to be able to remove it, Tho booked solid, they worked me in, removed the tip, and put the correct tips on both aids. I highly recommend them.
Always helpful, speedy, easy to work with. And keeping in touch with me with reminders and check-ins.
Everyone in the office is helpful and efficient
I'm impressed! I lost one of hearing aids and they gave me a loaner set until we can schedule an appointment after the COVID-19 scare is past. That is service and caring!
Very caring staff. Kim Bonney is excellent at fitting and pairing the aids to suit the patients particular need. Reception staff are helpful and efficient and always have a smile. Excellent place.
They are very professional as well as compassionate. Many volunteer hours are spent rescuing and caring for animals that requiring care.
