I wish we would have started therapy sooner! Whether it’s coping with deep-rooted trauma, anxiety, or the stressors of day-to-day life, there’s no one else I’d trust with my family’s mental health.
Trish, a counselor that I had three sessions with, my wife with her also, but separate from me, made a character reference about me to my wife that she is now using as fuel to character assassinate me to my friends and family. A counselor in this position is supposed to remain objective/neutral and not try to undermine one spouse over the other. This is now another lie about me I have to try and defend to people I love. Gold counseling is amazing they have an amazing staff specifically Hannah Lollar she is an amazing therapist she really takes the time to understand her clients needs
Karina is very friendly and outgoing. She keeps the conversation going even when we don’t know where to start or what to say. So far we are enjoying it!
